How do the pieces of the puzzle come to the right place:do you select them manually (keyboard or joystick) or do they "appear" on the right place one after the other?
All the pieces of the puzzle are already in the right place BUT hidden. They fade in as the client is rewarded, so 'they appear on the right place one after the other'. The order in which this happens is random though, as is the shape of each piece. And the amount of pieces differs as well each time (based on the level). When the puzzle completes, all pieces disappear and this process starts over in another level.

The game is showing black squares, black puzzlepieces and other random artifacts, how can I fix this?
You can refer to our screenshots to see what the game should look like. The symptoms you describe have a number of possible causes:
- Verify you have BioExplorer 1.3 or higher
- If possible run BioExplorer on 2 monitors instead of one
- Minimize and maximize the screen
- Make sure you have the correct Flash Player installed. The game requires Flash Player 8 or higher. To check your version:
- Right-click anywhere on the game
- While the BioExplorer popupmenu is visible, click the alt key, this will trigger the default Flash menu
- Check the line ‘About Adobe … ‘ / ‘About Macromedia …’ that line will contain a version number. It should be 8 or higher
- Reinstall the flash player

What you are hearing is the noise detection mechanism, it means you are getting no signal.

The game pauses, 'empty' rounds show up in the score overview?
This is most likely a hardware failure (dead batteries). Replace the batteries and try again.

How do you give feedback, in other words how is the reward or inhibit connected to the game?
The game comes with an example design and a manual which explains this process to you. So you are free to either use the example design or create your own with the instructions provided by the manual. In short, you score points based on the filters and thresholds you've set in the design, and for each point scored a piece appears. When the game is paused, a scorescreen appears. If you alter the thresholds, you alter the reward scheme.

I ran into a problem installing the game, what can be wrong?
- Please make sure you have administrator rights, if you are not sure, simply run the installer, it will notify you.
- The installer requires Windows Installer 2.0. It should install this on its own, but in case something goes wrong during this process, the installers are on the CD-rom as well.
- Make sure you are running Windows 98 SE or higher
- Accept the license agreement. Scroll down the license agreement, select ‘I accept’ and press next
- Enter a valid serial number. Please enter your serial number carefully, the serial number is case sensitive, and should be entered as shown on the inside of the box.

Does this product run in Vista?
It seems installation might break down with an error code 2738. This is a vbscript.dll error that occurs only when trying to install the game on Vista (on some pc's). It is a known issue on Vista (try googling for Vista error 2738), and we are working on a decent workaround in our installation process. In the meantime, please try the following:
Start button -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click on Command Prompt, select Run as administrator'
You should be in directory C:\Windows\System32
Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll (enter)
You should get a message box saying DLL has been registered
Run the installer again. -
